New Jersey City University, a public institution of higher education of the State of New Jersey located at 2039 Kennedy Boulevard, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305 (hereinafter referred to as UNIVERSITY), and Innovation High School, located at 239 Bergen Ave, Jersey City, NJ (hereinafter referred to as IHS), desire to enter into a dual enrollment agreement whereby HIS students receive undergraduate UNIVERSITY credit for specific courses offered at the UNIVERSITY.
