The Service under this Agreement is funded by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) from the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury). CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with the requirements of the Treasury and the terms of the SLFRF Award.
