THIS RECONSTITUTED SERVICING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), entered into as of the 1st day of May, 2007, by and between DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (“DLJMC”), INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.
