This agreement is entered into between the County of Shasta, through its Health and Human Services Agency, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and Hill Country Community Clinic, a California non-profit public benefit corporation, (“Consultant”), (collectively, the “Parties” and individually a “Party”) for the provision of Mobile Crisis Team (MCT) services.
