It is hereby agreed by and between the Board of Education of the Bentley Community Schools (hereinafter "Board") and Kristy Allen Spann, hereinafter "Administrator" pursuant to Section 1229( I) of the Revised School Code, the Board in accordance with its action found in the minutes of its meeting held on the 16th day of July, 2018 has and does hereby employ the Administrator as Acting Superintendent for a period commencing on July 16, 2018 and ending on September 14, 2018, and as Superintendent for a period commencing on September 15, 2018 and ending on June 30, 2021, according to the terms and conditions as described and set forth as follows:
