The purpose of this agreement is to familiarize the ALC with the structure and process of licensure clinical supervision as the ALC works toward licensure or maintaining one’s ALC. Included is a description of the process, the ALC’s rights and responsibilities, which will ensure a common understanding about the supervision process and provides the ALC an opportunity to ask questions for clarification and understanding.
