WHEREAS, this Contribution Arrangement is made by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ireland, represented by the Development Cooperation Directorate of the Department of Foreign Affairs, hereinafter referred to as Irish Aid (the “Fund Donor,” and together with the Bank, the “Participants”) for the purpose of receiving funds for the multi-donor trust fund for the CGIAR, TF069018, and for which capitalized terms used herein are used as defined in the Glossary as such term is defined in Annex 1 (Defined Terms) attached hereto;
