made and entered into as of the day of November, 2022 between CALATLANTIC GROUP, LLC (formally known as “Calatlantic Group, Inc.”) at times d.b.a. Lennar Corporation, (the "Obligor") and the CITY OF TEGA CAY, a South Carolina municipality (the “Obligee” and at times the “City”). At times herein, the Obligor and Obligee are collectively referred to as the “parties” or individually as a “party”.
