[PARTY1] has retained [LAWYER1] and [PARTY2] has retained [LAWYER 2] as collaborative lawyers. The parties and their lawyers, acknowledge that the essence of collaborative law is the shared belief that it is in the best interests of parties and their families to commit themselves to avoiding litigation.
