ACI Corp. has direct and/or indirect control over ACI Payments and shares integrated services involving information technology (“IT”) and other operational aspects of the enterprise pursuant to intercompany agreements. For purposes herein, ACI Payments and ACI Corp. shall be collectively referred to as “ACI”.
