This Agreement sets out the operational arrangements in relation to the occupation and use of Howden Park Centre by Firefly Arts Limited. This Agreement is complementary to and in addition to the Lease Agreement between West Lothian Council and Firefly Arts Limited. This Agreement comes into force from October 2011 and will be reviewed annually.
