This College and Career Access Pathway Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between San Mateo County Community College District (hereinafter called “COLLEGE DISTRICT”) and Sequoia Union High School District having its principal business address at 480 James Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94062 (hereinafter called “SCHOOL DISTRICT”). This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution date of this Agreement by both Contractor and District, whichever shall later occur (the “Effective Date”). District and Contractor are referred to in this Agreement individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
