Purpose - This model form is for use only when Harvard (i) has invited a speaker who is not a Harvard employee to give a presentation, (ii) proposes to pay the speaker an honorarium and/or reimburse the speaker’s expenses, and (iii) will not record the presentation. If Harvard will record the presentation, you should use the form document titled <Model Speaker Agreement Form for Audio/Video Recordings (Honorarium Version)>.
