THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of INSERT DATE (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Boys Club of Mt. Kisco, Inc. d/b/a Boys and Girls Club of Northern Westchester, a New York not-for-profit corporation with offices located at 351 Main St., Mt. Kisco, NY 10549 (“COMPANY”) and the City of Peekskill, NY (“CITY”), with offices located at 840 Main St., Peekskill, NY 10566. CITY and COMPANY may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
