In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, the owners of Spirit Haven (“Owners” or “We”) have outlined the policies, guidelines and terms for use of Spirit Haven in this Rental Agreement (“Agreement”). Once agreed to, this becomes a legally binding Agreement. The guest, who is at least 21 years of age and who will be staying at Spirit Haven throughout the rental period (“Guest” or “You”), acknowledges that by renting, he/she has read and understands the policies and guidelines and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
