As a condition of participating in the Academic Decathlon, we have received, reviewed and discussed all the information in the Team Registration Packet, including the Team Participation Agreement Information and agree to all the conditions as specified. We understand that the failure of any member or affiliate of our team to adhere to the policies and procedures set forth in said documents may result in disqualification from competition.
