This Amended and Restated Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) Regarding Potential McWhinney/Great Wolf Lodge Project in the City of Manteca is entered into as of June 16, 2015 by and between the City of Manteca (“City”) and McWhinney Real Estate Services, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“Developer”). City and Developer are collectively referred to below as the “Parties.”
