THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, made this day of December, 2023, by and between the TOWN OF MOREHEAD CITY, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter “Town” or "LICENSOR") and LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL, INC., d/b/a MOREHEAD CITY LITTLE LEAGUE organized as a charitable organization as authorized under an Act of Federal Charter 88-378 of 1964 and recognized locally within the laws of the State of North Carolina and authorized to do and is doing business in the State of North Carolina with an unconditional non-profit exemption (ca. 1967), (hereinafter “LICENSEE.” or “MHCLL”).
