These Terms of Service (these “Terms”), together with any applicable written order form (“Purchase Order”) or statement of work (“Statement of Work”) (collectively, the “Agreement”) apply to the purchase or licensing of products from PoE Texas (“PoE Texas”) for certain digital building intelligence solutions, which may include lighting and automation control equipment (the “Hardware”), software incorporated therein and/or made available via a mobile or web application (the “Software”), and related integration or support services (the “Services”) (the Hardware, Software, and Services, collectively, the “Denton DBI Solution”) as set forth in a Purchase Order executed by a purchaser (“Purchaser”) and PoE Texas (together, the “Parties” and each individually, a “Party”). These Terms are subject to change by PoE Texas (also referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our” as the context may require) without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion.
