Although the exchange of this data is vital for the successful inter-organisational process, it is often confidential, requiring strict controls on its access and usage. In order to mitigate the risks inherent in sharing data between organisations, Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) are used to ensure that agreed data policies are enforced across organisations [11].
