The purpose of this supervision agreement is to serve as a resource for our work together. We both expect honesty and respect from each other and these are the two key elements in supervision for us both. We expect each other to give supervision proper priority and to be prepared to listen to each other and not dismissive of anything said. Any difficulties will be acknowledged and we will inform each other if we feel we need to discuss them with someone else.
