This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is entered into by and between the Cook County Land Bank Authority, an agency of the County of Cook, a body politic and corporate of the State of Illinois ("CCLBA") and the Village of Maywood, a municipality ("Village") (collectively "Parties"), and shall commence on the date this MOU is executed by the CCLBA ("Effective Date").
