Office Paper Recovery Systems, Inc. a Massachusetts Corporation, (“lessor”) and “tenant,” whose name and residence and alternate addresses are set forth on this rental agreement addendum incorporated herein by reference, for the purpose of leasing or renting a portable storage Container, and as hereinafter more fully described and with the express understanding and agreement that no bailment or deposit of goods for safekeeping is intended or created hereunder. Due to the nature of Lessor’s business and its purpose being storage, it is further understood that lessor is not representing to Tenant, in any manner whatsoever, that lessor is a “warehouseman” as such term is defined by applicable state statutes.
