By signing any insertion order or other advertising order form, Client or Advertiser agrees to the terms of these Standard Advertising Terms of Agreement (together with the applicable insertion order(s), this “Agreement”) or to IEEE GlobalSpec Terms of Agreement for Content Services or IEEE GlobalSpec Engineering Product Insight (EPI) and to have its product/service information (e.g., specifications, descriptions, images, logos, etc.) added to the IEEE GlobalSpec, Inc. (“IEEE GlobalSpec”) database.
