This Custodial Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the custodial services (“Custodial Services”) provided by the applicable financial institution that serves as the custodian for your funds held in certain Deposit Accounts at Product Banks (each as defined in Section 1(b) below) (“Custodial Bank”) in connection with your participation in the service (the “Service”) offered by Raisin Solutions US LLC (“Raisin”). References to “you” and “your” mean the individual who has enrolled in the Service. References to “Custodial Bank,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean the applicable Custodial Bank.
