The following Standard Non-Binding Arbitration Rules shall apply whenever parties sign a document that states they will abide by them. Parties may modify any provision, in writing, by mutual agreement. Agreements sent to parties must be signed and received by Resolute Systems, LLC (Resolute) within seven days of the date sent or Resolute will have the right to cancel the agreement.
