T HIS SERVICE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the Board of Education of the Gadsden Independent School District (GISD) and the Offeror on behalf of the State of New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) and public schools within the State of New Mexico represented by GISD and «COMPANY NAME» (Contractor/Provider). The Agreement will be valid from August 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010. The last day of tutoring for the regular school year is April 1, March 2010. If a school principal wishes to end tutoring earlier, a mutual conversation will take place between the SES office, the school principal and the Provider to negotiate an end date. Final invoices for school year tutoring are due to the Title I office no later than April 30, 2010, no EXCEPTIONS. for school year tutoring.
