Pursuant to this Agreement, (the “Amendment”), CTSI, Inc. (“CTSI”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Agreement between the Parties dated March 2, 2000(Agreement”).
