In addition to the permitted uses of and restrictions for our Services, you agree that your use of any Beta Services will be for purposes of evaluating and testing the Beta Services for our benefit. All Confidential Information will remain the property of the disclosing party, and the receiving party will have no interest in or rights to such Confidential Information except as necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Agreement.
