This Amended and Restated Exclusive Distribution Agreement (this “Agreement”), is dated as of April 20, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) and hereby replaces and supersedes the Exclusive Distribution Agreement dated as of January 1, 2019 (the “Original Agreement”) and is entered into by and between Next Level Ventures LLC, a Washington limited liability company (”Distributor”), and AlderEgo Group Ltd., a Hong Kong limited liability company (together with its affiliates, “Seller”, and together with Distributor, the “Parties”, and each, a “Party”).
