This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of July 4, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Shaw Group Inc., a Louisiana corporation (collectively with its affiliates and subsidiaries hereinafter referred to as, the “Company”), and Lou Pucher (“Employee”).
