This BRU Fuel Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 28, 2018, is made and entered into between Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, a political subdivision organized under the laws of the State of Alaska (“Municipality”), and Chugach Electric Association, Inc., a not- for-profit electric cooperative corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alaska (“Chugach”).
