This Agreement is entered into this 1st day of April 2011 by and between Sutherland-Schultz Inc., of Cambridge, Ontario (herinafter referred to as the "Company"), and those INTERNATIONAL UNIONS listed hereunder (hereinafter referred to as the "Unions"), for the purpose of maintenance, repair and renovation work for Redpath Sugars Ltd., Toronto, Ontario.
