Under the agreement, Quiroga would supply beds to Parsons invoiced at Manila prices with a 25% discount as commission, Parsons would pay within 60 days of shipment, and bear certain costs like freight and insurance. Quiroga committed to advance notice of price changes and preference to Parsons if an exclusive agency was sought for other islands. Parsons agreed not to sell other beds and was allowed to sell or establish branches in towns without exclusive agents.
