This Agreement commits Company & full Address to partially fund this Ring-Liner Wear Test for Low Viscosity Oil in a Low Soot Environment. On receipt by CEC of the signed Agreement and Purchase Order confirmation, Company will become a member of TDG- L-116 and participate in the test development under the terms of the appropriate CEC Guidelines governing the conduct of the development, the commitment to Confidentiality, and the rights granted to the sponsor.
