This End User License Agreement (this “EULA”) is part of a Software License and Implementation Agreement (the “Master Agreement”) whereby the person or entity identified in the Master Agreement as the Licensee (“Licensee”) is obtaining services that include a license to the proprietarty software (the “Licensed Software”) of Selectron Technologies, Inc., an Oregon corporation (“Selectron”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This EULA governs use by Licensee and all natural persons to whom Licensee provides access to the Licensed Software (each, an “Authorized User”). In this EULA, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, all references to “you,” or “your” means both the Licensee and the Authorized User. All capitalized terms used but not defined in this EULA have the meanings given to them in the Master Agreement.
