This Security and Access Agreement (Agreement) is between the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Department of Human Services, Shared Services, Office of Payment Accuracy and Recovery, hereinafter referred to as “OODHS,” and Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, hereinafter referred to as "County.”
