THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day of 2008, by and between The Grand Lodge of Minnesota, of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, a Minnesota non-profit corporation, (“Seller”), and Raymond Avenue Cooperative at Hampden, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, d/b/a Hampden Park Co-op, and its assigns or affiliated entities to be organized (“Buyer”).
