THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Williamson County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “County”), and Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 2 (“ESD No. 2”), for establishing housing of County Emergency Medical Services (“EMS) and Personnel in the Sam Bass Fire Department Station No. 2 (“Station 2”) and the Sam Bass Fire Department Station No. 3 (“Station 3”). Station 2 and Station 3 are referred to collectively herein as the “Stations.” The County and ESD No. 2 are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
