This Agreement ("Agreement") is between Travis County, a Texas political subdivision of the State of Texas ("County") and the Austin Independent School District ("District" or “AISD”), collectively referred to as the "Parties" or individually referred to as "Party," and is effective July 1, 2019 ("Effective Date").
