These TERMS OF SERVICE (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between Tunebat LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Texas (“Tunebat”) and each user of the Vizfly apps, services, features, software, or website (the “Vizfly Platform”). All users are required to review and be bound by these Terms in order to participate on the Vizfly Platform. You agree to these Terms by installing, accessing, or using the Vizfly Platform.
