The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Company and its employees, and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to establish wages and all other conditions of employment, for employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement. Omission of specific men- tion in this Contract of rights or privileges established by Management will not be construed to deprive employees of such rights and privileges.
