Intent of Agreement: It is Vencore’s intent to resolve all employment-related disputes in good faith, fairly, and efficiently by requiring either party hereto to pursue any covered claim(s) against the other by final and binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator. In the event a party is sued in court by the other party, the party so sued has the option to divert such case to arbitration as provided herein. “Employee” and references to “you” and “your” refer to the signatory below. “Company” or “Employer” is Vencore, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents.
