This agreement (the “ICE eConfirm Agreement”) sets out the terms on which ICE Trade Vault, LLC (“ICE Trade Vault”), which owns and operates an electronic platform (the “ICE eConfirm Platform”) for the matching (“Broker Confirmation Service”) of trade data submitted by the undersigned broker (“Broker”) with corresponding trade data submitted by a customer (“Participant”) for trades previously arranged by the Broker on behalf of the Participant (“Broker Confirmation”), has agreed to provide the Broker identified below with access to and use of the ICE eConfirm Platform (the “ICE eConfirm Service”). All capitalized terms used in this ICE eConfirm Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this ICE eConfirm Agreement.
