THIS SUPPLY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of November 22, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between ASTRAZENECA LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“AstraZeneca”), having offices at 1800 Concord Pike, Wilmington, Delaware 19803, and Horizon Pharma USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Horizon”), having an office at 520 Lake Cook Road, Suite 520, Deerfield, Illinois 60015.
