Once we have paid the retainer Kate will not make any other reservation for the time and date of the wedding. Any money we pay will not be refunded, even if the date is changed or (heaven forbid) wedding cancelled. If Kate MacPherson becomes unavailable for the wedding Kate will tell us and try (very hard) to find a suitable replacement. If that fails, Kate will refund our payments and Kate’s responsibility and liability ends.
