WSO ARTIST/GALLERY CONTRACT – WSO Spring 2021 Experimental Exhibition (ATTACH TO BACK OF PAINTING lower right corner)February 18th, 2021
This is an agreement between the undersigned Artist (“Artist”) and the Watercolor Society of Oregon (“WSO”). This agreement also summarizes and discloses all of the rights and obligations between the galleries listed below, hereinafter referred to as “Consignee”, and the Artist as “Consignor”, for the delivery of the Artist’s work to WSO for exhibition, and sale by the Consignee during the WSO Spring 2021 Experimental Exhibition. 80 paintings have been selected for the April Exhibition. Out of these 80 there will be 20 to win awards. All 80 paintings will be on display at Urbanite, 1005 SE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97214 until May 5, 2021 when they will be picked up by the artists or sent back using the artist’s prepaid shipping label.
