This document acts as an agreed upon Terms of Token Sale (“Terms”) between you (“Purchaser,” “You”) and Astox Airlines , Estonia (“Astox,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). Each of you and the Company are a “Party,” and together the “Parties.” You accept these Terms when you purchase Astox (ASTX) tokens (“ASTX Tokens”).
