THIS EQUINIX PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT ("PSA”) is entered into between the Equinix Affiliate (“Equinix”) that is the signatory to the sales order(s) (including any attached statements of work or other description of service) (the “Order”) and the customer contracting entity that is a signatory to such Order ("Customer") (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”) for the provision of cloud consulting and similar professional services (“Services”). This PSA and the Order shall together constitute the “Agreement” and shall become effective upon the full execution of the Order by the Parties ("Effective Date"). For the purposes of this PSA, colocation, interconnection, network or managed services which may be described in the Order are not included within the scope of Services which are governed by this PSA and are instead governed by the applicable Master Country Agreement or other similar agreement between the Parties, and for the avoidance of doubt such products cannot be ordered
