(collectively, “Silver Lake”), and amends that certain Shareholders Agreement, dated as of February 4, 2008, by and among Serafina Holdings Limited, a Bermuda exempted company and the predecessor entity to the Company, the Shareholders and, solely for purposes of Section 2.02 therein, Silver Lake (the “Initial Agreement”).
